    since 23/12/2015 with no support response to date. !

    I can only assume you guys are really not interested in supporting the MD802 any-more.

    The date you posted is right before christmas. Its possible they were on holiday and your complaint got pushed to the bottom of the list as more flooded in. You could try opening another ticket. Most of my responses have been within two days.

    Also, there is an update coming in Feb. for the MD802 to support many of the devices functions on vehicles passed 2012. Perhaps your problem will be resolved there as well.
